Orlando General Contractor, Gordy Haynes has been a licensed Florida State Certified General Contractor for more than thirty years. He graduated from Seminole Community College and was an Education Major at the University of Central Florida. He left that program and followed his passion of the Contracting and Home Inspection Business or more than thirty years now.

He has done almost every kind of  Orlando Residential Real Estate Construction you can think of. Including;

Gordy was also licensed with the State of Florida as a Florida All Lines Adjuster,  an Inactive State of Florida Certified Mold Assessor, Past State Of Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, Was a FEMA Certified Flood Adjuster, one of the first 200 members of one of Florida’s Most Prominent Home Inspection organizations,  FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors: past member), Current member of InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspections and is Certified with the State of Florida as a Licensed, Certified Orlando Home Inspector and for more than thirty years now, a State Certified General Contractor.
